You will be required to pick up your prescribed appetite suppressant at our affiliated pharmacy. You will pay for all your services with us, you will not be charged at our affiliated pharmacy.
Prescriptions are written for four weeks (28 days). Prescriptions are written with no refills because we require you to visit us once per month for a weigh in, blood pressure check and to receive a new prescription for that month.
Any changes from one plan to another can only be done with the nurse practitioner’s approval.
Dieting and medication must be stopped if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant or breast feeding.
Lost prescriptions will not be replaced.
Appointments
Medical Evaluations by the nurse practitioner are by appointment only.
You may schedule an appointment to meet with the nurse practitioner anytime while you are on our program.
To cancel a nurse practitioner appointment, we request you do so in 24 hours in advance. We will be happy to reschedule
Walk-ins are welcome except on Wednesdays which are by appointment only. It is recommended to have am appointment; walk-ins must wait until patients with appointments are seen first.
Fees
Plans and fees are based on four week (28 day) intervals. All parts of your plan must be used during that four week time period.
All fees are due at the time of service and must be paid in full for that four week time period. No refunds are given without supervisor’s approval.

Losing Weight The BMC Weight Loss Way... At BMC Weight Loss we offer a weight loss plan with no hassles or contracts. We simply operate on a month to month basis. Because we know people come in a variety of shapes and sizes, our nurse practitioner will assist you in choosing a plan that is right for you to assist you in losing weight. Our staff is happy to answer any of your questions to help you with this important decision.
At you first initial visit at our clinic will consist of a medical evaluation by our nurse practitioner This evaluation will include a brief physical and history, a lab draw, and an EKG for $245.00 (Call for current specials). After the initial evaluation is completed, the nurse practitioner will decide if an appetite suppressant plan is right for you. In the event that you are not eligible for an appetite suppressant plan, we do have lipotropic plans available. Whatever decision you make, the plan is a separate charge from the initial evaluation fee.
If you start on an appetite suppressant plan, the plan includes a consultation, a prescribed appetite suppressant, multivitamins #28, chromium picolinate #28 and either Lipotropic tablets #28 or 4 lipotropic injections. We require that you visit the clinic once per month, (more frequently if you chose at no additional costs) so that we may monitor you blood pressure, weight loss progress and provide you with on going support.
